Filters added to shareholders view
- Under Cap Table > Shares > Shareholders, you can now filter shareholders by entity type (e.g. individual, institution), role (e.g. investor, employee, advisor), and invitation status & date, for quicker lookup and reconciliation.
Filters added to share certificates
- Under Cap Table > Shares > Share Certificates; now includes filtering options such as certificate state (e.g. active, draft, cancelled), source (e.g. issued, exercised, converted), issue date, and number of shares, making it easier to locate specific certificates during audits or reviews.
